My work isn't adding activities, channels or initiatives. It's removing them. Working out which decision is missing, then building the system that puts it into practice without asking anyone for more hours.
For over thirty years I've worked in strategic communications, corporate relations and complex projects.
In 2006 I founded a web agency focused on digital content management for companies, an experience that taught me how to anticipate change, but above all how to choose what to do and what not to do, at the right time.
Since 2014 I've worked as an advisor, supporting brands and institutions through transformation, growth and redefinition, when what's needed is the wider view, decision-making capacity and accountability.
In recent years I've been designing and building systems that take operational work off organisations: document engines that keep themselves current, automatic checks on procedures with legal deadlines, monitoring of the things nobody has time to watch. These run in production, not in demos, and the part that decides always stays with a person.
